2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Your date of birth must be accurate and is used to apply age-appropriate advertising settings.

3. Accounts

Playing 26 requires a free account. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use 26 unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm others;
• interfere with security, availability, accounts, scoring, challenges, or leaderboards;
• attempt unauthorized access, automated extraction, or reverse engineering except where the law expressly permits it;
• upload or submit content that infringes rights, is abusive, or contains malicious code.

5. Content and intellectual property

The app, website, branding, software, learning content, and visual assets are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of their respective owners. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use 26 for its intended purpose. Third-party notices and open-source licences remain applicable.

6. Availability and changes

26 is free to use with advertising. In-app purchases let you remove the ads. Features, content, and online services may be updated, corrected, suspended, or discontinued. We aim to keep 26 available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. The terms of the app stores also apply to downloads, updates, purchases, restorations, and refunds.

7. Suspension, termination, and account deletion

You may stop using 26 at any time and use the in-app account deletion flow. Access may be limited or ended if these terms are materially breached, the service or others are at risk, or the law requires it. The consequences for stored data are described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Warranties and liability

26 is an educational and entertainment product; its content should not be relied on as professional advice. Any warranty exclusions or liability limits apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The competent courts are those at the developer's domicile in Switzerland, without limiting any mandatory rights or forums you have under the law of your country of residence.
